We make public our policy on refund and cancellation of amount received on payment gateway as under. Online payments shall only be accepted through third party payment gateway, into the bank account of Amigo Hospitality Services. Third party standard terms and conditions regarding payments will also apply in addition to the following terms. The processing of payment may take time. A payment shall be said to have been made or received only upon the amount being credited to Amigo Hospitality Services bank account. All payments shall be made and received in INR only.
If you believe that an unauthorized or otherwise problematic transaction has taken place under your account, you agree to notify us immediately, so that we may take action to prevent financial loss. Unless you submit the claim to us within 7 days after the payment, you will have waived, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all claims against us arising out of or otherwise related to the transaction.
If you experience a technical failure or interruption of service that causes your funding transaction to fail, you may request that your transaction be completed at a later time
